Veli Group Launches Flagship Brand Casongo in Denmark

Veli Group has launched Casongo Denmark, bringing its flagship brand into one of Europe’s most established and highly regulated igaming markets. Operated by VeliBC, the group’s B2C arm, the rollout consolidates activity previously delivered under the Casino999 brand into a single Casongo-branded environment, with the stated aim of creating a clearer and more consistent experience for players in Denmark’s licensed igaming sector.

Casongo is already active in Congo and DR Congo, where it has been developed as a locally focused casino and sports betting brand. In Denmark, Veli Group is rebranding its long-standing Casino999 operation to Casongo Denmark, with the casino offering live first and a sports betting product scheduled to follow in January. The two-phase launch is intended to position Casongo Denmark as a full-service igaming and sports entertainment destination for local customers.

To differentiate in a mature European igaming market, Casongo Denmark will feature exclusive content delivered via VeliTech, Veli Group’s technology arm. This includes VeliPlay crash and fast games as well as Heaven of 7 slot titles, integrated into the local platform from launch. Veli Group describes its approach as connecting brands, technology and operations in a single framework, using data and insights from live markets to inform how products are designed, adjusted and scaled across its international igaming footprint.
