Svenska Spel Sport & Casino Appoints Robert Nygren

Svenska Spel Sport & Casino has named Robert Nygren as its new head of sales and marketing, overseeing brands including Stryktipset and Oddset. Nygren, who took up the position on 18 August 2025, will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

He joins from Telenor, where he was marketing manager and creative director, and previously worked at If, where he built up a Nordic in-house agency. With a background as a civil engineer and project manager in the advertising industry, Nygren brings experience from both agency and client-side roles to his new position at the state-owned igaming operator.
