GameOn Hires Former Swintt Marketer Michela Pace

GameOn has appointed former Swintt Marketing Manager Michela Pace as Marketing Operations Manager within its Fractional CMO division, continuing its expansion of marketing leadership services tailored to the igaming sector.

Pace began her career in igaming in 2021 as a marketing intern at slot developer Swintt. Over the following years, she progressed through several roles, including Campaign Coordinator and Marketing Executive, before ultimately serving as Marketing Manager.

During her time at Swintt, she gained experience across a variety of marketing activities, including coordinating game launch campaigns, managing content calendars, planning events, and working with industry media outlets on brand visibility initiatives such as interviews, press releases, and editorial coverage.

At GameOn, Pace will support the broader Fractional CMO team—led by Alex Wilson—by overseeing day-to-day marketing operations and contributing directly to strategic planning and campaign execution for a growing portfolio of igaming clients.

The appointment reflects GameOn’s focus on building a multidisciplinary marketing team capable of servicing the evolving needs of suppliers and operators across the igaming industry.
