The Remote Gaming Act in Holland states that an applicant for an online gaming license must have his gaming system inspected in order to determine that the gaming system complies with the regulations. The inspection reports will soon have to be submitted to the KSA.
The license applicant must submit a signed management summary showing the composition of the game system.
The scheme is not yet definitive, so changes may still occur. Inspection standards will most likely be added to the inspection scheme in the field of match fixing.Â
This Inspection Scheme is already being published to give potential applicants for an online gaming license the opportunity to prepare.Â
It is expected that applications can be submitted from 1 March 2021. That is the planned date of entry into force of the law.
