Black Cow Technology Appoints Shelley Hannah as COO

Black Cow Technology has appointed Shelley Hannah as Chief Operations Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand.

Hannah joins from Relax Gaming, where she most recently served as Chief Product Officer, following previous roles at NetEnt as Head of Framework Products and Gaming Partners. She began her career as a software programmer before moving into the igaming sector in 2013, focusing on product innovation, aggregation and operational leadership.

Over the past decade, she has been closely involved in expanding aggregation capabilities, optimising integration processes and managing extensive casino game portfolios. Her industry recognition includes being named in the Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 in 2024 and receiving the Leader of the Year award at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards.

Her appointment comes as Black Cow Technology looks to scale its operations further, following the launch of its Multiplayer Remote Game Server and other recent developments in its technology offering.
