Bigly, a bold new studio, is set to disrupt the iGaming content provision market with a unique commercial model that allows operators to offer top-tier slot games at a capped cost. This innovative approach eliminates traditional, expensive revenue share deals and gives operators more control over their game offerings.
With Bigly, operators no longer have to promote the same games as competitors. Instead, they can focus on delivering the experiences their players want while retaining the majority of the revenue. The studio operates on a hybrid revenue share model, where the fees paid by operators are capped at a fixed amount annually, providing a predictable and reliable cost structure.
Bigly plans to release 10 high-quality titles per year, giving operators increased value as the portfolio grows. The first release, Deep Sea Treasure, is a visually engaging cascade game packed with bonus features, setting the tone for what operators can expect from the studio’s expanding lineup.
The capped cost structure allows operators to invest heavily in marketing Bigly’s games, knowing that the revenue generated remains with them rather than being shared with the studio, a departure from standard industry agreements.
Bigly was founded by industry veteran Liam Mulvaney, who leads a talented team focused on developing top-tier content. To support its ambitious goals, Bigly has partnered with Reelsoft, a key player in iGaming technology. Reelsoft’s Vision RGS, an advanced remote game server, powers Bigly’s game development and integration, ensuring scalability and smooth operations for operators.
This partnership positions Bigly as a significant player in the iGaming sector, offering operators a cost-effective and innovative way to enhance their content portfolios.
Liam Mulvany, Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Bigly, said: “Bigly is not just another slot studio – there are already 100s of those doing pretty much the same thing. This is an industry that talks a lot about innovation yet still turns to the same commercial model that’s been used for decades. Instead, we have come to market with an entirely new commercial model we believe will be super appealing to operators.
“Because of our capped monthly fees, operators can become really creative with the games they offer to their players and how they go about marketing them. The more they push our content, the better it performs and the more revenue it generates – revenue they get to keep.
“At a time of growing costs and shrinking margins, Bigly is exactly what operators need. Our games hit the mark with players, and they also hit the ROI operators are seeking. We are already in late-stage talks with several operators and will be announcing our first partners shortly.”
Thomas Nimstad, CEO of Reelsoft, commented: “We’re thrilled to support Bigly’s journey from unique concept to launch. Their innovative approach to the commercial model is exciting and new in the industry, and we’re excited to see their creative vision come to life on our vision RGS platform. We believe in empowering studios like Bigly with the tools and infrastructure they need to focus on creating exceptional content, and we’re confident that Bigly will shake up the market with their new commercial concept and games.”
